call it and then feed off we do one at a time like so make sure that sticking on that we're going to first of all is to use the shoulder and we're going to lengthen the posterior deltoid so what I can do is bring it on forward and then you slowly turn your arm in so we've got some stretch onto the posterior aspect of the deltoid and then this the first leg is going to come around so we've got no stretch onto the tape because the tissues
already on the stretch, we're literally going to feed out around and then curl that around some no stretch on the ends so it's working on the posterior aspect and then to do the anterior aspect we're going to again take off forward to our tape so just feed that back and then we're going to place the anterior fibers on the stretch we're going to bring the arm back much of the patient was able to with a rotator cuff
so we're not positioning there so we are going to with no stretch mold around and then literally I just feed this under so we can mold around I know this is just going to tuck under the top like so and relaxing on down that so that's applied the first bit which would be used for generalized taken for the shoulderthe the second piece you're going to use again a standard I strip has been split to look like a why and we got the supraspinatus to think about the AC joint the acromion the process with a super will insert onto the
greater tubercle, we need to place that under stretch, if you're able to handle to the lower back so I put some supraspinatus on to do the stretch against fit the tape and apply at roughly where the supraspinatus will insert peel back one of the legs no stretch on the end and then what I'm going to do this time and we get you just bring your shoulder back a little bit I sit so we go hundred percent stretch okay hundred percent ease off of a bit eighty percent find the spine of the scapula and literally, just slightly above it where the super will come round what you're just going to feed this under like so so we'll just literally just feed round that's the first
pieceI'm in a second so bring it back to the end remember is no stretch on the ends like an eighty percent stretch spinal mass Capilla just go slightly below that feed that around and again as I come around I'm just going to just take this off here let the corporal to the top but we can just manage more nicely I can just feed that around like so using back of the tape or fingertips you can just warm up the tape and relax your arm, okay so we've got the generalized piece of tape for the shoulder and then we've got a second application that will stabilize the supraspinatus.
